Easy Soy Sauce Chicken Wings




This is one of my favourite recipes on a regular night. I'd like to share it with you. It's a quick, simple and delicious homely meal (the sauce tastes so good when you mix in with cooked white rice!!) Enjoy!!

Ingredients:
700gram - 1kg chicken wings (I use free range chicken)
4 x garlic cloves crushed
2 slice ginger shredded (5mm thickness)
1 tbs salt
1 sprig of coriander for garnish (optional)
1tbs rice bran oil for cooking

Soy sauce mixture :
1/2 cup soy sauce or tamari sauce (if gluten intolerant)
1 tbs oyster sauce gluten free
2 x tsp sugar
few drops of sesame oil
1/2 cup water

Gather your ingredients


Get ready for the sauce!

Prep the chicken wings, for that extra silky texture!


Cooking process!

Voila ~ Easy Chicken wings simmered in soy sauce. Enjoy !
